What does a typical day look like for you?
My days generally start at 5am, I make coffee and fruit salad for my boyfriend and I, we enjoy some morning chat or even a kiddy board game. Then I contact all my challengers/respond to all my new enquiries and make sure everyone is ready for the day ahead. I’ll head into work, where no two days are alike and get to connect with beautiful souls and drive them towards their future. Then at 6:30pm, I smash out my own work out and get home to a wonderful boyfriend and put my feet up with a nice movie.
Top 5 favourite places to travel in Australia?
The Glass House Mountains - with such a large variety of hikes, it such a great Sunday morning activity to clear the head and have a laugh.
Byron bay - For the vibe, the surf, sun and sand. It allows you to take a step out of reality and relax.
Bali - Who couldn't love Bali! A truly tropical escape for both relaxing and adventure. A chance to catch up on missed sleep, a cocktail on the beach & a cheap massage.
Elanda Point, Lake Cootharaba - After a beautiful 2 hour drive from Brisbane, you arrive at one of the most breath taking locations. A 10km crystal clear, dead still lake which offers the warmth of a bath in Spring/Summer.
Port Douglas - Grab a great group of people who love a bit of adventure and head there. Best place to enjoy a bit of Jungle Surfing, Crocodile feeding & excellent hidden restaurants with amazing meals. I would go back in a heart beat.
Are there any foods/beverages that you try to avoid or do you have any tips to balance it with your whitening applications?
After I whiten my teeth - I stay away from curries and red wines. These two have a huge impact when it comes to keeping your teeth as white as possible. I am still a coffee drinker and love my fresh carrot juice, so to keep my teeth from changing colour, I make sure I brush them afterwards.
Being so busy, how do you maintain your routines while on the go?
Every morning and night I have a really good routine, which consists of cleansing and moisturizing my skin. This keeps my skin fresh and healthy all day long. I try and keep my make up low for the days where I am not so busy - which allows my skin to breath and get some Vitamin D. I keep my little beauty bag handy, incase I need a quick fix during the day.
